Well, I gave you half an hour to add a fourth quick answer to your streak of Posts; what more I am to do? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
Or if you failed to answer because you were having lunch (or something else linked to our different time zones), you may want to direct your warth on whoever decided we cannot share the same time, as it gave me the one-hour lead I needed to beat you to it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

I took almost a year off from the game and have started playing again.
I have installed TDM mod into SE4, are all my games now modded to TDM or is there something I have to do to 'run it' in TDM?

The TDM mod should have been installed to something such as [Your SE4 directory]/TDM-ModPack. In order to play a game with TDM, you have two solutions:
- You can alter the path.txt file in the SE4 directory, by changing the line that says:
Using Mod Directory :=None <font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">into the following line:
Using Mod Directory :=TDM-ModPack <font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">- Alternatively, you may want to download the Modlauncher, available on this thread (http://www.shrapnelgames.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=23;t=007367;p=3#000 039). It serves the same purpose, but will be more convenient if you want to play several mods.
You will not be able to use the new Empires offered by TDM until you start a new game; however, the AI for the "common" Empires should be improved for a game currently going on.

Thanks, already had mod-launcher installed (rolls eyes).
When I load a saved game now, the races picture/names are mixed up but I still have alliances.
Anyway to stop this?

It was a random race that was with the TDM mod.

The picture or the race itself? The pictures are just randomly loaded if the game can't find a matching set.
