Resource Storage on Ships

Is it possible to add resource storge to commponents that can be add to ships or bases?

I tried it the startup let me but it doesn't seem to affect the game.

Any help would be aprreciated(sp)

Does Resarch and/or Intell

If you use the new point generation abilities added in 1.91, research and intel can be generated by components. The standard abilities used by stock Research Labs and such do _not_ work on anything but facilities.
