a little help is needed

i want to maka a couple new events. One is:
A pleasure ship has visted your planet, the happiest has increased, but production has gone down.

This would be due to the workers taking off to have fun and then having to get over their hangovers. could someone help me in creating this event.

Does anyone know how to do this I can get the happest factor but can't seem to get the negative factor to work together.

I'm afraid this is a contradiction in the current game design. You can make an event which boosts population happiness, but it will automatically increase production. I just use a 'planetary festival' for the good planet happiness event in my files. Also, I've added a 'meteor shower' that deposits minerals on the planet for a planet value increase, and an axis shift event for a planet conditions improvement. You could probably add a resource bonus with the "points change" ability, but I haven't done that yet. It could be explained with a "lucky find" of a very rich deposit of minerals, I guess. I did add "Warp Point - Opened" in the hopes of seeing some spontaneously created warp points. I haven't seen it work yet, though.

Wish there was a "derelict ship" even so you could have occasional tech finds without ruins.
