I sent a mail to customer service yesterday regarding a broken SE-IV cd I received from UPS. Anyone have any idea how long it normally takes them to respond? TIA.

I sent a email request to their customer service Tuesday afternoon and recieved a prompt reply by the time I got home Wed evening. Unfortunately, still no game in the mail.

Normally they respond within a day. This week, they are on vaction until after New Years. Thats for MM. I'm not sure on what Shrapnel's schedule is like though.

I live about 1 hour from Malfador Machinations office, so when I ordered the game Online I chose the cheapest UPS delivery. I thought it would take them 2 days at most, but no, gotta wait for more than a week. I looked at the package tracking thingy it says my game started out in Texas, then it was sent to North Carolina... what the ####? I am in California and Malfador is in California too, just 1 hour away from me. Man if I knew I would just drove there and picked it up myself. hehe

We're getting to some of the customer service requests, but just from home as the office is closed.

Aa far as the shipment Shrapnel is based in NC not California.

Well, here's hoping my problem gets resolved soon. It's been nearly three weeks since I originally ordered the game and I've demo'd the demo to deathmo. http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif

I bought my copy from Chips&Bits Online. Got it delivered fast and with no hassles.

Did yours come in a box? Mine didn't, just an envelope...which helps explain why the cd was in two pieces. I don't know about anyone else, but I would have paid the extra buck or so to get it shipped in a simple cardboard box.

Mine had no box. I also would have liked a box, not so much for the protection, but the manual tends to get lost on the shelf surrounded by the game boxes for all my other games.
