Abilities.txt

I've been playing around with the vehiclesize.txt file and it refers to the abilities.txt file for certain things. I can't seem to find it anywhere, I even did a search of the whole game directory. If anyone has the abilities file could you please tell me where to find it.

Abilities.txt wasn't in the Version you have. It's being added presently.

I have also tried to edit the vehical size file and this causes the demo to refuse to run.. Any suggestions??
