Has the release date for Space Empires 4 been delayed? Ive seen Messages on here discussing the 1st November etc but in the startegy newsgroup a bloke from Shrapnel commented than they were on line for an October 23rd release. Which is it now then? I live in the UK - will I get it the same time as everyone else or not?
