Patch Fixes????

I wanted to see what the patch fixes, but it isn't listed anywhere and you have to have the game to extract the patch files.

Can anyone tell me what is patched or post the history.txt?

Not yet but don't give up hope. From what I've read around here, they are still being worked on.
