Rangecheck error during combat

I have received this during tactical combat.This was very frustrating since this was a large battle with 30 ships per side and it occured at the end after i had captured 15 ships.I have the patch.Has anybody else had this problem?

Yeah, both times it has happened to me was during a combat (ship-ship). happened when I clicked on the enemy fleet after clicking the attack button.

I received this era after jumping through a warp point. It happened everytime I jumped through the same warp point. I finally built a separate warp point, to get around the problem, in a different system.
