Anyone with MEE turned off ever had an AI race declare war on you?

if you cheat, or rock the game too fast. i've had the entire AI (13 empires) declare war on me within 3 turns of each other.

sure have....coupla turns after I had gotten gas colony tech & used it...2 races declared war on me....and yes MEE was off...
