Hi.
As I await the US Postal Service with my Full Version of SE IV, I was wondering if the following was possible.
1. Cloaked Mines
2. Cloaked Mine Layers/Sweepers
3. Kamakaze Scouts packed with lots of explosives to detonate a mine field ?
Thanks..

1. Mines are better than cloaked. You can never see them until you hit them.
2. Mine layer and sweeper ships can have the cloak component (I, II or III). But can be seen by corresponding scanner components (I, II or III) on enemy ships, if they have the technology.
3. Not really. But you could send through some cheap expendible ships to use up the minefield.

For the "Kamikaze" scout: best to use a ship with nothing but engines and armor... just to make sure it soaks up as much damage as possible from the mines...
