How Do I Reclaim Rebelled Planet

Or Glass the planet and recolonise.

Or use Puppet political parties against the rebelious scum. (It could be that someone has used this against you to encourage these seperatists).

Once it has rebelled, it is the same as any other enemy planet. You can either utterly destroy or you can attack it to knock out its defenses and then land troops to recapture it. ... Hopefully, this isn't a terribly well-defended world.

The easiest way is to demand their surrender. They will surrender if you have 300% or more of their points. Hope this will be changed in later patches.
