Shipping Problems.... HELP!!!

I don't get it I got the game off the website with their gaurenteed delivery and after 15+ days it hasn't arrived!!! And their stupid customer support thing, I sent in a request as to why it's taking forever and now I've been waiting a week for that too, stupid me for buying of the net, anyway comments suggestions ANYTHING!!!! I beg you help me.

I got mine in about 3-4 days after it first started shipping in November.

wish I could help, but I am just a gamer like you. hmmm, wonder if shrapnel has a phone number...maybe enmail them again?

Richard usually peeks in here, so if this post isn't buried before he does, maybe he can rattle a cage or two .
