Uploading Files?

Has anyone been able to upload any files? I just can’t get it to work. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

As it was before, you must upload them in the New Scenario/Mod Forum. That is the only forum Category for which uploads are enabled.

I was trying to upload to the New Scenario/Mod Forum, so that is not the problem. It will start to upload but then reports this error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 600 seconds exceeded in C:\apache2\Apache2\htdocs\threads\addpost.php on line 22
