Just thought I mention that they have been advertising on the Sci Fi channel that the new BattleStar Galactica Series will be starting in January. Anyone else see the ads?

All I know is that the old series is what you get when you let Mormons write Science Fiction.

Unfortunately, between my wife watching Soapnet or TVLand, and my 3 year old wanting to watch his cartoons, I don't get much chance to watch anything I want to watch. I can't remember the Last time I sat down and watched anything on Sci-Fi Channel. But if the new BSG comes out in January, I'll watch it. Can't wait. Any idea when the dvd of the mini-series is coming out?

j/m .02:

Enders Game is probably the best SciFi book I've ever read, and only just read it a couple months ago.

The "new" Battlestar Galactica is a heaping pile of cow crap.
