I've been having problem with the FQM, every time I generate a map in "new game", more than half the planets are listed, but they are either invisible or off the map.

You need the Planet Pack part of the Imagemod.

http://imagemodserver.mine.nu/other/MM/SE4/imagemod/

Install the Planet Pack to the Pictures/Planets part of your Main SE4 directory. You're probably using FQM Deluxe as well.

Did you read the Readme.txt? It mentions the necessity of the Image Mod...

Looks like you don't have latest Imagemod Planet Pack (http://imagemod.spaceempires.net/) installed.

That is not what i mean, the planets are listed in the planet window, but don't show up in the system.

I just opened a map in the editor, and they are all located at (1,13)

Send this map to Fyron. It sounds like serious bug.

Have you installed the imagemod? This happen when you have not the pictures to show the planets.

Neither. Just a lack of properly installed Planets Pack from Image Mod.

Just installed the new image mod, and I will test it tommorow.

If you could colonize those planets that would be the best exploit ever. Hmmm.. I wonder what would happen if your Homeworld was at (1,13)?

I believe that causes game crashes... so not really an exploit there... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

If you really want such an exploit, mod the game to make systems like that for you. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif
