Click on the link provided. It goes to the section with the tools.

The Downloads main page only shows the first 3 subcategories of a Category. Click on a Category and you will see the rest.

Can't find any "Modify" link on the detailed page, only "broken link".
thought I'd get a text box so I clicked it but that didn't do what i wanted.
Searched the page for the word" Modify" and found nada...

yes he has a little program that will check to see if the race has all the ships for neo.... If it does not... It creates them for you.

What is the current ship/other list for Neo. The sight does not seem to say. (Current being to date)
