Happy birthday Richard!
Enjoy this day. What did you get as a present? Did you get to sleep late?

Hahahaha!
Yes it is indeed my husband's birthday! We celebrated his birthday Last Friday when my parents could be here with us. We went to one of our favorite restaurants, had some ice cream cake and he opened his gifts then. My parents and I got him some older console games he wanted that I had to track down on ebay to get.
Unfortunately today we had an early phone call, so he didn't get to sleep in. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Timstone searches for any trace of the mouse, but finds none. After a while Timstone goes on with what he was doing; drinking his brewski.

This is a little OT, but can anyone gimme advice where I can find a wife who plays SEIV and doesn't complain that I spend too much time with computer? Richard? Bonus traits would be immunity to allegiance subverter which other males sometimes use on committed women. Furthermore, any sign of psychic capabilities (including knowing what I am going to do with boys next friday) are not welcome. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
Oh yes, and not too much of organic growth or reproduction (like 10 million/ year) would be appreciated. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Edit:
They are a dying race. Women with a taste for games are but few.

Outsourcing and global economy has its pros and cons. They get our geek jobs, our geeks get wives. www.bride.ru (http://www.bride.ru)
Actually, on the subject of complaints, when I was president of the local computer user group we would get questions about "computer widows". We had a list (cant find it now) but it basically said that EVERYONE has a hobby that they spend more time and money on than other people can understand. Just say things like "at least its not fishing" or "at least its not golf" (skydiving, scuba, horse races, collecting photographs of myself standing in front of famous sites around the world). She will soon see the pros and cons of it.
