Very nice scene TC, now do what I do, make renderings from different viewpoints to see how it looks. (of course you might have to add a few buildings depending what angle you set the camera), but there in lies the fun.
Suggested views, 1) from the top of one of the buildings, 2) from one of the ship positions, 3) from above the bLast doors,... etc, etc..

Very nice. If I might be so bold, I would suggest using different textures/skins for the aircraft and the buildings. They look the same to me and diminishes the effect of both.
Very nice though, really.

I agree with the others that the buildings could use a different texture if possible to make them look more like buildings. But overall the image is great.

Perhaps some damage to one of the buildings? A big gaping hole belching smoke..?

just one thing that caught my eye right away.... you have some issues with the spacing of the exhaust from the engines. Mostly on the higher fighters. The white hot exhaust has a space of cooler exhaust between it and the engine which makes me at least think its a mistake or limitation that you couldnt overcome....
However most excellent.

Two Flaws, One the laser beams look a bit crude, not as much detial (a laser would have rougher edges) the other minor thing is with the laser again, The fighter things look like thier takeing off from the planet but one is getting blown up from the lasers which i assume come from the ground.
The fighter LOOKS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!!!!

Looking again at it I notice that the foreground fighter is almost the same colour & texture as the building behind it. It might be nicer to contrast them a little more, either by changing the colour/and/or texture of either one and/or by adding a layer of haze to the background building to take it slightly out of focus.
BUt I really am reaching for something useful to add here, it's damn fine as it is.

To make the hangar look more interesting, place small red "danger" lights around the inner perimeter, these would serve the purpose of showing the pilot where the edges are during a landing, and also would light up for takeoffs.
Also, all of the fighters are at the same angle, some should be turning or whatever just for coolness sake.
