We have no attractions.. only old ruins, oldest is Alvastra (http://www.raa.se/sites/alvastra.asp) from 1143, but it's not nearly as spectacular as the big apple.

Ah, but I remember..
We got the Airforce museum (http://www.flygvapenmuseum.se/utstallning/index.htm) aswell, some castles, Ekenäs (http://www.ekenasslott.nu/) and Bjärka Säby (http://www.lkp.pingst.se/slottet/fakta01.htm)
Göta channel runs through here. (http://www.gotakanal.se/)
Its not far to the old village/town Vadstena (http://www.vadstena.com/index.asp?lng=en&page=1&clients=&client=) that's very nice, our favorite summer picnic place.
In the summer one can swim in the Varamon (http://www.motala.se/templates/standardpage.aspx?id=3076) beach, a bit crowded and too shallow for my taste though, so we usually stick to the smaller lakes.

But what we realy miss is something like the Big apple, I mean like "worlds biggest dishwasher machine", "worlds biggest ice cream cone", etc, you get the meaning.

This is actually from the school I used to go to. I live less than a kilometer to the right. I would've preferred a picture off the mountain but couldn't find one. That's Mount Wellington. Mount Nelson is off to the left. pretty obvious when the mountains were named, and if we had been colonised by Prussia it would probably be Mount Blucher.

Edit: in fact follow the trafic cam links and you can get a good view of parts of the city.

The Canadian conspiracy. There is no other explanation. Bow down now, or else. They are growing in numbers, and already their shadow is spreading across the land... Wait, that was the wrong script.

I will not give a detailed map, because I do not wish to give away too much valuable information, because you might not be enamored with French geography (I am not myself), and above all, because I have no clue on how to get a nice map as the ones linked below.

So I am living in Northern Auvergne (more or less in the middle of France, as far away from the closest sea as you can get), if that tells you anything. Spots of interest include... Well, a few spa towns I guess, and some dormant volcanoes to the south (a good one hundred kilometers away), but I can think of nothing else in the vicinity. Unless you consider my tiny SD Pandora in orbit to be of any particular importance, but really, it is only a scout. The presence of a Stellar Torpedo on board the vessel is irrelevant.

I live in a small town called Salaberry de Valleyfield. (south west of montreal on the saint laurance river.) About 15-20 miles from both the US and Ontario boarder.

Our best known tourist attraction is the international Regatta (hydroplane racing) that comes around the 1st or 2nd weekend in July.

A nice place, but I like Montreal much better. There is always something to do in Montreal, here, the only outdoor activity is like shopping at the mall, or on main street. A true sign that there is little 'outdoor' life here is that 98% of all restaurants here offer home delivery.

I love Kamloops... of course, I lived in small towns all my life, and Kamloops at 80k is the biggest for me, so if you're used to big cities and all the todo Kamloops might seem a bit slow.

It's really spread out, so it can seem even smaller, and you generally don't ever have horrible traffic, and it's big enough to have all the amenities you need. Send me a message if you have any questions.

There is only one way to make sure: you should answer the following questions regarding "things going on unbeknownst to the general public, but basic knowledge for us from the Agency".

* What chemical is the international health conspiracy using to destroy our valuable fat?
* The existence of which one of the fifty states of the union is a fiction invented by the Trilateral Commission for its own nefarious purposes? (Canada does not qualify here)
* And obviously, you do know who is their leader, don't you?

Hmm, it looks like I have been playing Bureaucracy too much of late (the questions above come from the "Popular Paranoia" magazine shipping with the game; any connection with actual events would be purely a coincidence).

Even though Portland is the 3rd most expensive place in the nation to live, I am a "gentrificator" who lives in the Last affordable area of Portland, Where tweekers still shamble down the streets glancing nervously behind them. NASCAR and Joe Camel clothing is the norm. Smoke shops spring up and go out of business overnight, and teenagers put stupid mufflers on their Hondas and call it a sportscar! It is changing though. We now have 2 Starbucks, a world class Fencing Studio taught by and ex-Legionaire, and a Safeway with a sushi bar!
I live in a 1924 Craftsman Bungalow that we bought for $135,000 3 years ago. I would love to go to neighborhood meetings but there are too many grouchy old timers there, verbally abusing anyone who speaks.
