The AIC mod has pretty good AI in it. Takes a little longer to play 'cause the stuff is different but it does have better AI's IMO.

Speaking of Star Wars, saw the trailer for SW3. Looks pretty awesome. Hopefully Lucas will outdo himself this time and make a decent prequel to SW4. Can't wait til May 05.

The trailer for PM looked awsome too and we all know how that move turned out. The trailer for AoTC looked awsome and well did any of you pay to see it more than once? Nuff said. This next movie will be more of the same. I am not holding my breath at all and really will not by into any hype over the movie given the Last two go arounds.

I paid to see AoTC six times.
TPM, three times I think.
AoTC was definitely better than TPM.

May 19th, I'll go see ROTS opening night!! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

I paid to see PM four times. AoTC once. I did not like the beginning of the move at all. I mean after 10 years we first meet the teenage Anikin skywalker in an Elevator? And then Obi Wan chastises him in public..... COME ON.

ANd those ultra cheesy love scenes. At least Lucas could have hired someone author who writes love stories to come up with better lines than what Lucas had written.

But that is neither here nor there, the end of AoTC was pure Star Wars and worthy of seeing more than once. It was the beginning that I could not stand to see again. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

I think you are talking about me, yes indeed I mentioned that. And still have some good ideas and plans.

But the 'project' is a little to much work for me right now.
Am still gathering background info about all the SW races, and I really need somebody who can do some graphical work for me.

So if you want to help (with any part of the mod) please let me know.

I saw both PM and AOTC twice at the theatres, and once more when I bouught the dvd's. Every once in awhile, HBO or cinemax will play one of the prequels, and I'll watch them. I still have faith that Lucas will do a great job on this Last film. Time will tell.

My theatre attendance of the series:

Star Wars (A New Hope): 31 (saw the re-release once)
The Empire Strikes Back: 2-3 (saw the re-release once)
Return of the Jedi: 4 (saw the re-release once)
Phantom Menace: 1
Attack of the Clones: 2 (once was in IMAX)

Many of the times I saw the first one were during one hot summer when it was showing up the street from my house for $2, and it was a nice cold theatre, and once or twice I sat through it twice, counting the number of stormtroopers that got shot, and watching the preview for Empire Strikes Back.

I saw Empire Strikes Back 8 times; plus once more for the Special Edition. That was the summer I was 17, and didn't have much else to do that summer (plus there weren't 1000 channels of cable/sattelite back then to occupy your time).
