I just saw something I never saw before. While a turn was processing, I got a message box which overlaid the turn percent indicator message box which said "You cannot ram allies" and an "OK" button. I think the turn stopped processing until I hit OK, but I'm not positive on that. The strange thing is that I don't have any of my ship's strategy currently set to "ram". Maybe it was one of my captured ships - can't see the strategies on those.
Anyone ever see a message pop up during a turn processing?

I saw something like that before, a long time ago in a hotseat (not simultaneous) game. Used an alliegence subverter on an enemy ship right next to me, and I guess it was going to ram because it gave that message. Couldn't reproduce it though, so no bug report.
Never saw a message like that during turn processing though.

I have seen this and as you I think it is connected to capturing ships either by boarding or allegiance converter.
I wouldn't consider it a real bug because the game just stops till you click the OK button and then continues normally.
