The obvious "loophole" with the "one wish" idea: 1 million more wishes.

Quite frankly, I don't think any human could safely handle that kind of power.

I always have one thing in the forefront of my mind during the holliday season. That all my friends, family and aquanitences be healthy, wealthy, happy and wise. (note the 'wealthy' in this wish is not financial, but rather spiritual, social and creative energy)
Have a great holliday season everyone, Cheers!

well, regardless of your nay-saying, i think its going to be unleashed on the world next year.
despite my often crochety attitude, i revel in the simple flaws of the world. i would not have things any other way, thus i have no wishes for the season.
but i will say: May all your Yule Tides rise High! (and if your culture does not endorse yules, then have some other sort of high tide.)

My Christ's Mass wish (using the old term for Christmas)
<warnning - serious wish>
It is the same as it is every year and will be until I die, that at the end when I am judged, that at least one person will step forward and say that their life was better for knowing me.

Granted. However, we can only grant one each, and I think the others got lost on their way here. When you find 'em tell 'em I said "hi" http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Get accepted to university. Then again, that's almost guaranteed, so I'll settle for true happiness for me and the people I love.

I would merely wish to know what to wish for (or what I actually want to do). I might need just more than one wish to do that though.

Ho ho. Haven't you people heard of "beware what you wish for"?
Here's my wish genie. First, you have to be able to read my mind and not take any wish out of context. For example, if I wish for world peace you can't kill everyone on Earth to get it. Also for everything I wish for, I have to have the chance to wish things back to normal.
Then I would wish for world peace. Lol.

Peace of Mind. I wish for Peace of Mind. I'm always "awash" in doubt, anxiety and self-loathing. Ugh.
Peace of Mind would be great.

yeah, i think we're all out of that:
Give me, my God, what you still have;
give me what no one asks for.
I do not ask for wealth, nor success,
nor even health.
People ask you so often, God, for all that,
that you cannot have any left.
Give me, my God, what you still have.
Give me what people refuse to accept from you.
I want insecurity and disquietude;
I want turmoil and brawl.
And if you should give them to me,
my God, once and for all,
let me be sure to have them always,
for I will not always
have the courage to ask for them.

I notice that one-click ordering is disabled for the pdf and I do buy things from Amazon. I wonder what would happen if I tried buying it? $750 is a lot to risk for fun though.
