The rule should be that you CANNOT analyse your own ships! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/mad.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/firedevil.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/firedevil.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/firedevil.gif
I just lost my entire battle fleet! I was upgrading them, so I multi-selected them, and instead of hitting UPGRADE, I hit ANALYSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/stupid.gif

Maybe your engineers have Alzheimer's and forgot how to build them, so they needed to figure it out again.

Or, like in SE3, have the computer look at it, say "There was no new tech found" and leave the ship as is http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Simultaneous or real-time? I dunno but I always skim the ship orders before submitting to make sure nothing's amiss.
Its pretty funny though http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Must have been simultaneous. Sequential asks you to confirm that you really want to deconstruct the ship.

It was single player. But I have may setteings set to not ask me stupid questions when I say DO SOMETHING. Ooops.

Aye, the problem with nobody asking stupid questions is that nobody questions when you do something stupid. :-D
