Zeno - AI Tech Modder Question

I had a question. I've loaded a couple of AI Research Queues, and for some reason, it always tells me (after an Analyze Prerequisites) WEAPONS PLATFORMS 1 REQUIRES ASTROPHYSICS 1.

I thought Weapons Platforms was a research you started with. Also, when I looked in the TechArea.txt file, weapons platforms says that it doesn't have any prerequisite technologies.

I've not seen this problem in my own files.

OK, I sent the files....

Also, (and maybe anybody can answer this one...) Is there a good place to get (read) and education on how the AI Research Files work?
