Ok... so we have two well known and proven suppositions:

1) Everyone is Puke.
2) Everyone is a figment of Ruatha's imagination.

Now, lets see what this means... Puke is part of everyone. Therefore, Ruatha is imagining Puke. Since Ruatha is part of everyone as well, this means that he is Puke. Therefore, Ruatha is imagining Ruatha. Is this the same Ruatha? Is Ruatha imagining himself? Perhaps. Perhaps there is more than one Ruatha in this imagination chain. So how could we tell who the real Ruatha is? Of course, if there is only one Ruatha, then this means that he is merely a figment of his own imagination, along with everyone else.

You're crazy. How do we know that someone else isn't imagining all this?

So sad. So sad. He has finally gone wonkers. Fare thee well, Fyron. We'll see you when you reach the moon.

Actually this is the result of 30 minutes of discussions on the #SpaceEmpires IRC channel on irc.freenode.net...

Well, he is often 'beside himself' so that would also mean that he is a reflection of his outer self. And if his imagination is only a reflection, then every thought he has is a second-hand idea. I guess that ultimately means that his 'pool' of knowledge is a reflection the world around him. Since we are all in this 'outside' world which he reflects that means the we are him and he is us. But even if this is true, I still think Fyron is right whenever he's not left, because if he were more right than left, it would mean he's lop-sided,.. hmmm,.. this would also be true if he were mostly left. but I digress,.. what is this thread about again?

Cheers! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Well, this is the same character who often accused SJ and I of being the same person - when clearly only Hadrian and Lord Kodos were.

But you are the same people! Whenever SJ would sign off of #se4, Kwok would sign on, and vice versa! It was like clockwork, until I foiled your scheme... now you have gotten better at it!

It's like a Ruatha-fractal. Ruatha is imagining Ruatha is imagining Ruatha....et cetera ad nauseum. Hmm, 3 languages in 1 post...not bad.

Wait though...if Ruatha is part of everyone else, then we are part of Ruatha...so if one of us dies, part of Ruatha dies...therefore if enough of us die we kill Ruatha and then the rest of us die 'cause there's no one left to continue the imagination of everyone. But if we just killed an imagination of Ruatha imagining another Ruatha, then the original (if there is such a thing) could just imagine up another Ruatha, who could in turn re-imagine the rest of us back, and would we even know what happened?

Actually that just happened 26,321,410 times. No one noticed, so your tabloid reading will be all the poorer. *whew*
