I'm having to pull out of the Ashadra Galaxy PBW game, due to time constraints. The race I was using, the "Black Metal Protectorate" aren't in a bad position, and are yet to be at war with anyone, though they do have several trade alliances. It's primarily a role-playing game, and has a forum on spaceempires.net:
