OT - Yahoo Phishing Scam?

I've received three e-mails in the last 48 hours to my yahoo e-mail address, supposedly from Yahoo support, claiming that my e-mail account was about to be suspended and (get this!) I had to unzip an attached file to get the details.

Needless to say, I did NO such thing. I deleted them automatically.

Has anybody else out there with Yahoo accounts run into this problem?

NO, but thanks to you I am aware of it. I think Yahoo is as well. They will most likely filter it now. (Or one can hope)

Do yourself a favor. Block Yahoo from your browsers and your email. Yahoo has sold out to the scammers inorder to make money. They are the number one source of spyware at my day job. I've been blocking them from the browser on problem systems, and it really helps keep the system running.
