Was wondering if there was anyone out there working on a StarFire mod or shipsets.

Yes. I started working on a Starfire mod for SE4 (haven't touched it in a month or so though). I'm basing it off Galactic Starfire (Starfire 4th ed) since it already has tech trees. If you're interested in helping with it, email me at wilcoxon@citilink.com.
