New eyecandy

This will only appear for human players, the AI's will not use them.

I like to name the planet were my space port is as System World
And My captured races, I first send to a prision camp.

I also added some New Ship Types so that you don't have to define them every game.

At this time, I can not figure out how to set up requirements for using these in the game.

You should add a "Stellar Manipulation" ship design type... maybe even multiple SM ship designs ("Creators", "Destroyers", "Combined"; or "Warp Point Ships", "Planet Ships", "Storm Ships", "Sun Ships" and "Black Hole Ships").
