Looking for an editor

Does anyone know if there exists an editor that lets you make new components,if 1 does could you maybe link me to it.

On Windoze machines it's called "Notepad", e.g. - dunno about others, but as you're talking about SE4, you most probably have such a thing :-)

Zeno created a component editor; it is available over in the Mod Forum. Or, of course, you can just edit the text file as Arralen suggests.
