It's an aussie company, but Ive found them to be quite reliable.

I don't know what the needs of SEnet are, but have you checked out DreamHost? (http://www.dreamhost.com/)

I have never used them so I don't know about their service. But their features don't look too bad. I was contemplating trying them out for a couple months to see if they are any good.
