What is the name of the most current patch for SEIV Gold, and where can I download it?

The current latest patch for SEIV Gold is version 1.91, available here (http://www.malfador.com/downloads/se4patchgold4.exe). The location I linked to is on the developer's website, www.malfador.com (http://www.malfador.com), but the patch file is also hosted on a number of community sites, which I'm too lazy to look for right now.
