I think the wife and I will take in Burton and Aardman's newest pics tonight, if her 8 week pregnant stamina is up to it http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
We've been looking forward to Were-Rabbit for a while.
I found an article how the movie posters were "renamed" in Dorset due to superstitions about the word "rabbit" and quarry cave-ins.
Something bunny is afoot.

My wife is a Burton fanatic (collecting the "fractured toys" or whatever they are called) and is looking forward to that as well.

Haven't seen Corpse Bride yet (heck, I still haven't seen all of Nightmare Before Christmas yet), but my wife and I took our 4 year old son to see Wallace & Grommit last night. I thought it was ok; I thought Chicken Run was much better myself. But my son liked it because of the Madagascar short (too bad they don't have more shorts or cartoons anymore) and the rabbits. As long as he liked it, that's what counts. Now I must brace myself to see Chicken Little next month.

I would give Corpse Bride a B. I enjoyed parts of it quite a bit, but overall, just okay.
Didn't make it to Were-Rabbit, unfortunately. She had a snack going into the theater and then we got some Chinese take out just after, but she still wanted to go home...
Oh well.

Only in Portland, they're a bit odd down there. Even by the high standards of the south west they're still very superstitious. Still at least the r-words aren't as bad as "The little people."
