Yeah, you geezer, back in your day you only got to play Space Empires Zero, where you didn't even get SHIPS; you just had to have the planets fly around the galaxy on their own and crash into each other to attack each other! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

...My first space conquest game was called Conquest; it was a shareware for the Amiga 500, back when shareware meant *Share*-ware. It had text graphics, a simple economy and 4 or 5 different ships (And you couldn't even see them on the map). It was fun.
