New PBW game: "Power of the Ancients"

I've set up a new game at PBW called "Power of the Ancients", using the Masters Mod v1.1 (ok, it WILL be using the mod once it's set up on PBW http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif) - note that despite all the Master of Orion references on the game page, you do NOT have to pick a MOO race http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
