Where to Add Mods

I have the listing for a Spinal Mount that some one elsehad done, It looks good where do I put all this like "tonnage cost", "Vehicle type" etc I think I have all this mixed you in my head now http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif any help is welcome

that goes in the CompEnhancement.txt file. Any mounts go in there. If you want some fun mounts go check out my mod a while back in the Data mod section.
