Or more to the point, have you got this shipset?
Everyone please take a look at the attached image and take a quick look through your pictures/races folder. It may be under the name "ADUMBRATE", "ADUMBRATE_SE4" or possibly "Shadowed".
If you have the tim, you might also search your hard drive for ADUMBRATE_SE4.zip
This used to be a popular shipset, I find it hard to believe that it has disappeared from the universe completely. If you have it, post here and we can find a place to host it, and start getting it back into the community again.
Tragic wiki entry with link to the wayback machine: http://wiki.spaceempires.net/index.php/Adumbrate
Thanks everyone.

Never seen it before, but it doesn't look too hard to recreate from the Terran set using a decent image manipulation tool http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Oh, Turin - completely off-topic and all - please click http://wiki.spaceempires.net/index.php/Turaamni and take a little looky. I put it together from your website. (largely so I could use it as an example of the difference between a player empire and a shipset) Please edit/ delete it as you see fit.

Gee, thanks DS. Glad you could use it to make your point. The only thing I'd change is the Empire name, as it's "Aa Turam," and it's citizens are the "Tura'amni." Maybe I'll get around to that later tonight since apparently I'm not sleeping.

Yes I've seen it. I made it after all. Well, the originals anyway. Always meant to go back and rework the textures, but never got round to it, and then the models were lost in the great HD crash that also claimed about 7 unreleased shipsets. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Ouch. So if we want it we'll have to dig thru a forgotten hosting somewhere I guess.

http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif <font color="lime"> THAT </font> http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif looks awesome, Kamog . You ever consider doin' a shipset with that http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif. Looks even better than the example I first saw.
http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/cool.gif Really, it would be an awesome and eerie set, worth the effort. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/cool.gif

I've tried that. Even tried the wayback machine, but as far as I can tell that shipset is as lost as lost can be. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif
I remember coming up against that shipset in one of my earliest ever PBW games. Unfortunately, I've reformatted tha machine that I played on since then.
ALthough I might have an old backup CD kicking about somewhere.... hmm....
