Anyone able to get/find/download this patch? I can't find it on the indicated website.

The general patch upgrades page at Strategy First can be found here (http://www.strategyfirst.com/en/games/SE4Deluxe/downloads/) .

I am not aware of a patch2. Latest version is 1.95, I believe.

Deluxe "patch 2" was superseded by the combo-patch that does gold, standard, the download and Australlian version.
