Can ship components simulate ground based resource storage and resupply facilities?

A quantum reactor is similar to the resupply depot, although it does require the ships to be fleeted.

You can also devise a nomadic engine only attribute where they have built in solar collectors. I like this idea.

I tried to do such, and now, you can make most of the facilities' abilities work on components.
In my on-work mod, I have resources generator, ressupply depot (allmighty) and all the system-wide effect facilities

I suggest that you make the resources extractors only available on sats, with a tiny amount, such as 1 research point per 2kt for 500 minerals
