Here is a new "patch" for P&N V1.5

The new files are Components.exe and CompEnhancements.txt

Changes:
-balanced the Hardened mini-shield generators (mostly the Lev III)
-Added Cheap, Budget, Durable, Premium enhancements for non-weapon components.

Just a minor bugfix in the components.txt

The tech requirements for level one Bio-crystal armor, and psychic armor, were not registering.

Just overwrite your components.txt with either "CompatibleComponents.txt" or "PrettyComponents.txt", whichever one you have installed already.

This will not upset any savegames form P&N V1.5.
