Finally, after much debugging and last minute additions, DN4.23 is now available.

This is a nice mod! What changes/bug fixes are in V4.23?

I love all the new techs. I'm still trying to figure out the benefits of using this mount vs that one, but I love mods with lots of new techs.

This will more than likely be the last version, perhaps a last patch to fix anything that's seriously broken.

Once I've got my hands on the full version of SEV then DN5 work begins.

Am I missing something about remote mining?

There is an energy harvesting component that is supposed to generate 25 rads per turn. It doesn't seem to work.

Also, do the orbital research facilities actually work?

Does that component use the point generation - rads ability?

If so, those particular abilities only show up in the storage totals after you process the turn, not the budget income/expenses.
