What is a good way to test out empire AI mods? How do I add the AI empire and play hands off for a time etc?

Someone made a program that ran a AI onlt game for SEIV, I cannot even remmeber what it was called though and it doesn't work under windows XP maybe someone else will remember.

A simple script to call the command line parameters to process the turn, wait for it to finish and then repeat...

Except of course we don't know those parameters for SEV yet..
