Can SE5 run in windowed mode?

It is the first option in the video settings menu (before you hit play!)

I have already mentioned to Aaron that some high rez windowed mode options would be nice to have.

You can, but I cant. Well you can try. I get about 20 seconds delay on mouse movements playing windowed.
