View Full Version : orders randomly getting deleted?

In my simultaneous game I've noticed that orders I've been giving to my ships seem to randomly get deleted at times. I've disabled all of the "clear orders" options and it still happens, often for seemingly no reason. I'm not quite sure what's going on since it happens randomly and in too many different situations to pin it down to one specific cause.

Anyone else noticing this?

I have seen my orders dissappear sometimes when I warp... from enemy territory back to clean "home" systems.

Can't say I've noticed in sequential turn mode.

One annoying thing, though, is that sometimes, or rather alot of times, the 'path' that shows where the ship is going, how many turns it takes, etc., becomes invisible. The ship still carry out the orders, but you can't see where it's going.

I've also noticed that sometimes the ships don't follow the path that is displayed.

Yeah, that often happens if you've got the ship set to 'Survey system' or similar and you assign additional orders without canceling the survey command.

Well that's not what I meant exactly. I had a ship with no orders and gave it an order to resupply and it projected a path and then took off in the opposite direction. This was in my first turn-based game. I think it also happens in simultaneous, but its harder to notice.
