I am still playing SEIV and was enjoying a turn based game - but got an error when processing my turn. In turn 2414.4 -
"Access violation 005D2928 in module 'se.exe'. Read address 00000008."
Anyone able to shed light on my situation? I am well situated at this point:
796 ships
55 fleets
1197 units in space
100 systems with colonies
723 colonies
84B population
64k research
20k intel
2189kt mineral production
167kt organic
357kt radioactive

have I reached the maximum somewhere or met up with a bug that is known by the old hands?
Thanks in advance for any information - it is kinda annoying not to finish, I had 9 races left to fight. And my ships were making a good showing.

Are you patched right up to the latest version?

Do you have any save games from previous turns? Sometimes redoing the previous turn helps.

If just redoing the turn doesn't work, sometimes turning all the AI empires to human-controlled for one turn works.

Thanks - I will check version, and try an older save/ AI as players to see if I can get it to work.
Thanks for the help!
