In typical scumbag fashion I see you are going to slam the thread instead of answering for anything you did you shouldn't have.

I have answered your questions repeatedly and offered you something in return for your alleged slight.

However all you are doing is arguing the same points to everyone over and over and that was not the first request I received to lock the thread down.

If you have some new argument to present where I can answer new questions I am more than willing to listen.

You obviously failed to read my response to this. I am not Bill B, I am not making excuses for him nor I am accepting his baggage. If you are offering me the game because of my displeasure about the game not based on what happened between you and him that would satisfy me. But, I fear you are still going to have deal with him. But, your misconception is confusing and muddying things.

Check this site hoihoi.20fr.com It shows what happens to people who flame.

BTW can you engage in civil discussion ever? I have never called you a name and calling someone a scumbag is not a god way to show your intelligence.

If you are a seperate person then accept my apology. Can you email me your order number so I can look your seperate order up and clear this matter up.

Considering some of the things I read that you wrote on the other board I could ask you the same thing. However, I digress. You shouldn't have slammed the thread without reading it through and answering me properly, I mistook that as a dodge on your part. Although, I am still withholding judgement.

Actually I only reacted to what Bill wrote, and my reaction was far less visceral than what Bill wrote.

But that is neither here nor there.

From what I take it your issue is whether TCP/IP was promised and that the AI sucks right?

Well I can answer those issues again. No TCP/IP was never promised and actually never even mentioned until on this forum on Dec 02 of Last year. However TCP/IP is something we plan on doing, and still plan on doing. Most of our work in multiplayer to this date is getting the executable more compatable with the Play By Web site setup by Doug Fields.

As far as the AI, your right it isn't perfect, however I have seen much worse. With the latest patch and with granting and taking away certain advantages it can give you a real run for your money. And if you add some of the modders packs it can become ungodly http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif. But in the end there is not a single computer generated AI that can defeat an intelligent human opponent.

Sheesh, my name is William or Bill and so is his which Bill are you talking about? Bill B or me? I am not sure I even have my order number. Unless I still have the receipt which I doubt. You did post it on the other board if I recall correctly however. As to Bill B I have no idea what his might be.

Richard

Its very easy. Just privately email me your full name and I can look up your order.

Or if you can tell me the day you ordered it I can look for all of the William or Bills from that date.

Oh so your saying the one on the cdmag forum is yours.

Okay I can send a game to that address in the order. What game would you like? And will that satisfy you?

Great! Can't wait to get back to using that site. Had to pull off because I deleted the 1.30 ver.

Well Bill B can be a hothead at times although I think you antagonized him sufficently as well. I am not nearly so inflamed about this as he is. I am just upset because I don't feel this game has been completed. Regardless of what was promised or not the game isn't done. I disagree that this game should be judged as normal games because this game was sold with the understanding of anybody who bought it that it wasn't finished yet but would be in a timely fashion by Aaron. I am not satisfied with the result and I have waited far more than long enough.

The name you posted there is mine, I am assuming the order number there is as well. I will take the armies of armageddon one and yes it will satisfy me. We could have solved this easily if I had known you would be so nice about it and you would have probably been nice about it sooner if you hadn't assumed I was your flame buddy from the other board. http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif

A polite side note to your Last comments to me in the now closed thread. This in no way is meant to be a flame or to provoke you into a response. After this comment, I have no plans to post further on the subject.

My statement merle indicates that if I choose, I have someone close that I can talk to about the law. Second, I did not make an opinion; I merely stated a fact. I think I made my point, and I would hope that you, beings as your the one telling us about your friend, would stand up to the plate and accept that this issue has gotten blown way out of proportion. I commend you for sticking to your guns, and for fighting what you feel is the good fight, but please settle this matter now, and let it go.

Thanks for your time, and best of luck to you with your new game.

Well it was the confirmation for your order since I had that email on file.

In any case the UPS tracking number and such will reach that email when it ships on Monday.

Thanks, that is kind of you. Sorry for all the unpleasantness and particularly the misunderstanding about the email. Never crossed my mind that could even cause any sort of problem.
