Do auras like chill or heat stack with muliple units.
I have a team of 8 Bane lords with rime haburks on giving them each a chill 9.
The number means that each one radiates chill for nine spaces right. It does not effect the damage right?
But does the damage stack when all the Bane Lords are standing together? Would units in overlapping areas get 8 times the damage?

page 57 of the manual, just under "Poison cloud", stays it DOES stack. Heat, Chill and Poison Cloud all stack, according to it.

It isn't where cold/heat aura effects are explained. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif That's where I looked first. If I hadn't seen it earlier, I wouldn't have looked elsewhere.

Just remember, afaik chill does fatigue damage (still deadly when massed) now

Both Heat and Chill auras cause 5 points of armor-negating STUN damage, or increase the enemies' fatigue by 5. Heat may cause burning, chill freezing. Burning causes little damage, being frozen causes respectable amount of fatigue every round.

Not only that, it also reduces combat stats.

Despite that, it seems to me that chill(19) causes more stun damage than chill(3).
