So far my work on this file is limited. You can add new abilities which appear to be limited to the ones used on components. However; that is speculation...


Speculative comment retracted, current testing has branched out to include non-component abilities too.




I know for sure that the default list given in the header is not hard coded. You may use any grade name you choose and the program will be fine with it. This I did test.

As of this time, you can not use a tech level to modify an ability in this file.

In other words:
