Lanka Nation Number?

Do we know what nation number Lanka is using? It doesn't seem to have taken up any of the "(reserved)" slots listed in the updated mod manual, nor does it appear at all in the manual as far as I can tell.

Hmmm since I know there are a few more nations on the way, I wonder if that means that we should avoid 69 and 70? Of course 3 of the coming up nations already have numbers assigned (Gath, Formoria, Tir na n'Og) but others might take out numbers we have been using.
