For example, trying to remove Contact Harbinger from MA Marignon with
#selectspell "Contact Harbinger"
#restricted 29
#end
does not work. It should restrict it to Pythium but no.

I don't think it should work that way.
The modding guide explains that you can use #restricted three times on the same spell to restrict it to three nation. So #restricted 29 should make Contact Harbinger now be a national spell of both MA Marignon and Pythium.
Maybe if you did
#restricted 29
#restricted 29
#restricted 29
?
But that's just a guess :X

Maybe with this ?
#restricted 29
#restricted 81
#restricted 82
81 and 82 being unused nation numbers (ecxept for potential future mods)

Actually, now I noticed he wants to remove the spell from just one nation according to the thread's title.
Then perhaps #restricted 29 and then #restriced for the other nation that already have it? (and using 81/82 like Jack here suggests if you need to)

Marignon and Pythium both have national angel summons, I'm trying to remove them from Marignon in a way that Pythium will still have them. I'll try what Jack_Trowell suggested.
